Terms for using WhiteCat Video Studio.

1. Service

WhiteCat Video Studio is an AI video generation SaaS for e-commerce sellers. The service helps users create short product videos, scripts, captions, virtual presenter concepts, and downloadable marketing assets from product photos, user instructions, and authorized reference materials.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration and billing information and may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.

3. Credits and Billing

WhiteCat Video Studio may sell prepaid credits that can be used for video generation jobs. Credit costs may vary by video length, output quality, generation mode, and workflow complexity. The credit cost is shown before submission inside the studio. Failed generation jobs may be automatically refunded in credits according to the current product workflow.

Payments may be processed by a third-party merchant of record or payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or payment card security codes.

4. User Materials

You retain ownership of product photos, reference videos, host images, prompts, text, and other materials you upload. You grant WhiteCat Video Studio a limited license to process those materials solely to provide the requested service, including generating scripts, images, videos, previews, captions, delivery records, and support diagnostics.

You must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload and use any product, brand, person, face, voice, reference video, or other third-party material. For reference videos or host images that contain identifiable people, you are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to use them.

5. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, visual artifacts, continuity issues, or inaccurate product details. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, advertising, or relying on it. We do not guarantee that any generated video will achieve a specific marketing result, conversion rate, or platform performance.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create illegal content, misleading claims, impersonation without consent, non-consensual intimate content, hateful content, malware, spam, content that violates platform rules, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or consumer protection rights. We may suspend or remove access to accounts, jobs, or assets that appear to violate these terms.

Reference-guided workflows are intended only for materials that you own, have licensed, or are otherwise authorized to use. The service must not be used to copy third-party advertising, imitate identifiable people without consent, misrepresent affiliation with another brand or platform, or bypass copyright, privacy, publicity, or platform policy restrictions.

7. Storage and Availability

Generated videos and job records may be stored for a limited period, currently described in the product interface. You should download final assets that you want to keep. We may remove expired, failed, deleted, or abusive content to maintain service reliability and safety.

8. Service Changes

We may update features, models, prices, credit rules, storage limits, or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page or inside the service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteCat Video Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
